Admission Procedure

The admission process starts soon after the SSLC results. The process is completely online and the details will be displayed on the college website. There is no offline admission. There is no facility for registration beforehand nor there agents to procure admission. You can download the admission guide from the college website and follow the instructions.

Before you start the admission process, please make sure that you possess the following:

1) Class 10th Marks card
2) Caste/category certificate, if applicable.
3) A valid mobile number, a valid email id and any one of these online money transfer facilities: credit card, debit card, IMPS transaction or American express.
4) For Catholic/Christian students, a letter from the parish priest/ pastor.
5) Sports certificate/ learning disability certificate, if applicable.

Caste/Category/Community certificate

The candidates who want to apply under a particular category/caste must possess the required certificate. If the required certificate is not submitted, the applicant is treated under general merit category.

Fee details

Fee Structure will be displayed on the College noticeboard. Fees once paid will not be returned.
The college does not collect any donation.  If anybody from within or outside asks for donation in any form for admission, you are requested to bring it to the notice of the Principal/Rector of the college immediately. The case will be handed over to the police.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a pass in Karnataka SSLC examination or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka. Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates is based on their aggregate marks scored in the qualifying exams. The list of names of candidates provisionally selected will be displayed on the notice board on specified dates as per PU Board directives. Selected candidates will appear for an interview along with their parents (compulsory) on the dates specified with the necessary documents.
lf the candidate fails to attend the interview on the specified date, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in line.  

The castes/categories are:

General Merit(GM), Christian(RC), Christian(Other CHR), Cat-1, SC, ST, OBC-2A, OBC-2B,OBC-3A, OBC-3B, Others.
You DO NOT have to upload any scanned photos or documents for the online admission. All the original certificates have to be submitted at the time of interview only.
Please submit only the attested documents IN PERSON at the college office and collect the stamped acknowledgement. The stamped acknowledgement indicates that your documents have been verified and that you fulfil the eligibility norms laid down by the PU Board, Karnataka.
If you don’t submit the hard copy within the given date, your application will not be scrutinized. The college is not responsible for any loss thereof.
Prospective candidates may acquire the required certificates well ahead of time in order to avoid last minute delays.
Please note that we do not take donations for any admissions. We do not have any agents through whom you can procure admission. You are strongly advised not to give any money to anyone who promises you an admission at our college. You will be doing so at your own risk.
The management does not entertain recommendations of any sort.
Successful submission of online application form does not ensure admission.
